Living in one of the fashionable cities in the world, we can’t be blind about our looks. It could be hard and difficult if we had the competition of life style. Everyone have different financial, it’s easy for the rich to grab branded/designer clothes but will be an opposite story to the less fortunate people. The worst part of living, having to have limit on how much you spend. So why not look great while not breaking the bank? I frequently put together the entire outfits for around Hk$300. I get regular compliments on my style too. I just love simplicity! Here are some tricks to look stylist & chic on budget : 1. Know your body type.

There's no point to buy a clothes that doesn't suit your body and gonna be wasted. Basic thing that you feel good in them without any uncomfortable feeling. And which colors look best in you also do give some points about your appearances.

2. Accessories. Bracelet, necklace, earrings, watch, belt or purse/clutch/bags. Remember not to put too much on your outfits. Keep it simple!

3. Learn how thrift well. One of the greatest gifts my grandmother has ever given me was teaching me how to sift through racks of clothes at thrift store or flea market efficiently. It takes time and practice, but it often pays off in a big way. Your eyes become trained to pick out treasures among a lot of potential trash. You also can recycle or resell your stuff that you don't wear them anymore. Put a note that one's person jewel is another person's garbage.

4. High street = High style. Don't spend HK$1500 on a pair of red leather pumps that you could get for Hk$200 at H&M. The fact is, both shoes are going to wear out before you are done with them and it is doubtful that anyone, including you, would be able to tell the difference between cheap shoes and the expensive ones anyway. There are great, cheaper, good quality options in any malls or high street. I love Topshop, ZARA, Forever 21, Pull&Bear, Mango, Monki. High street still offered good quality fabrics

5. Black is brilliant. Me in blackI don't say that you have to wear black. But black always looks simple and professional-dresses/tops/pants. it is versatile and corporate and you can always jazz it up with a colorful bag, bright belt or pair of flats/heels or maybe necklace.

6. Create a smooth silhoutte under your clothes. silhoutteBra lines and visible panty lines are distracting and make your clothes look flimsy and ill-fitting. The problem is, most cheap clothes are flimsy. But well-fitted bra, a slip or a little lightweight shape wear can minimize those bumps and distractions, and make your constantly more luxe.

7. Good tailor/ alteration lady and dry cleaner. Tailor ladyBe friend with a good tailor to fix some of your clothes to make it fit. Some clothes from bargain store maybe don't have size so alteration lady could make it possible into your size. If there some stain, you can ask the dry cleaning person how to solve them. And you may invest a steamer because ironing can be so tiring sometimes.

8. Sign Up. We live in the century that internet take control. Everything more easy with just one click. It's no secret that shopping online offer some great deals over the high street. ZALORA, MyDress, ASOS, Chicwish, eBay, Bohoo, Fashion Nova are just some examples of the cheap fashion site out there. However, going online also has an additional benefit. So get sign up for budget friendly, discount you might not find in the high street.

So with the tricks above you will look effortlessly chic, comfortable and confident to be seen. No one will have a clue how inexpensively you mastered it. Win Win !
